We want you to be completely satisfied with the products that you purchased from us! If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. The products must be returned in its original condition. The returned products must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
1. Please contact us to let us know you are returning the item(s). Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return bag and a copy of the invoice, note with your name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. Please be noticed that returning the products without permission will not be handled.
2. Ship the merchandise securely wrapped, pre-paid and insured to: Gracese International Co., Limited.
3. You may have to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package is delivered to us. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
4. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. The gift certificate will be offered to you within 7 business days of receiving your returned bag. You will receive an email confirming the order status.
5. All defective and incorrect items will be replaced or will be issued an gift certificate.
6. All non-defective items will receive an gift certificate with a 15% re-stocking fee.
Please notice that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modifications and cancelations.If you need to do any change to the order,please contact us immediately,and we will try our best to accommodate your situation. However,when the order has been shipped,your order can't be changed or canceled.If the package has already left our warehouse, you can refuse to accept the package, or use the supplied package return sticker to send it back to us.
